⏳ Warranty period: 7 days after receipt
(In accordance with the right of withdrawal for unused products)

✅ What the warranty covers:

Product received damaged or broken
Preparation error (wrong product sent)
Defective product upon receipt (e.g., pump not working)

❌ What the warranty does not cover:

Product opened, used, or with broken seal
Personal reactions (e.g., allergy, intolerance)
Damage caused by improper handling, heat, or inappropriate storage

🔁 Return Procedure

Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.

📦 Conditions:

The product must be returned:

In its original, intact packaging
Unopened, unused
Accompanied by the receipt or invoice

🔄 Exchange or Refund

If the product is eligible, you can choose:
- An exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
- An equivalent product
- A refund, processed within 14 business days after verification

Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Be Pretty by Fatym.
